    Guiltless Dessert - Apple Pie Roll-Up

    Guiltless Tortillas are great for desserts! Guiltless Apple Pie Roll-Up recipe from today's show on Know the Cause hosted by Doug Kaufmann! ? Love this idea for a healthy dessert and all of the fall flavors of apples, cinnamon, vanilla, walnuts/pecans with a coconut oil and butter sauce wrapped up in a toasted Guiltless Tortilla!
    Makes 3-4 Servings

    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
    2-3 Tbsp Honey (Substitute Stevia for Phase One)
    1 Tbsp Butter
    2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    2-3 Green Apples Sliced (With or without skin)
    1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    Walnuts/Pecans (Optional)
    Guiltless Tortillas
    Place coconut oil and butter into a hot pan, then add your sliced apples, Cinnamon and honey.
    Cook the apples until they reach the desired tenderness. Place the apple mixture on a guiltless tortilla and top with walnuts or pecans! Roll up or eat with knife and fork like a crepe! #YUM!


    Guiltless Quesadillas

    Building a fresh and healthy Southwestern Quesadilla that you can feel Guiltless about eating! Featured with my precious sous-chef husband Daniel on the Most Watched Alternative Health Show, Know the Cause hosted by Doug Kaufmann Fresh gooey mozzarella, sautéed peppers and onions, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro on two crispy 7 Seed Guiltless Tortillas! I like to brown my tortillas in the skillet first to make sure I get them nice and toasted for a crunchy quesadilla! Then remove from skillet and place on a cutting board. Lay down your cheese on bottom tortilla, then veggies, herbs and meat. Finish with one more thin layer of cheese to hold that second tortilla in place. Then top with your other Guiltless tortilla. Cook on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side! Healthy, fast, fresh and delicious!
